2. What you are booking

Tour and accommodation components (if applicable) are booked as described in the offer. Wellness/relaxation programming is intended for relaxation and well-being and does not constitute medical diagnosis, treatment, or guaranteed outcomes.

Program details (schedule, inclusions, accommodation type, transport, meals, and any document requirements) are provided in the specific offer you select.

3. Important documents and eligibility

You are responsible for having valid entry/exit and travel documents required for your itinerary. If an itinerary requires specific documentation, it will be indicated in the offer. We may refuse participation if you cannot present required documents.

4. Pricing and payments

Prices are those shown in the selected offer. Unless the offer states otherwise, amounts may be subject to taxes and fees applicable at the time of booking. Payment and confirmation are completed via the booking flow.

If you order electronically at a distance, contractual information and provider identity are provided in line with Закон України "Про електронну комерцію".

Wellness and relaxation experiences may differ between participants due to personal conditions, preferences, and engagement. Any statements about benefits are not a promise of specific results.

6. Cancellations and changes

Cancellation, rescheduling, and changes depend on the selected offer and may be subject to provider and supplier policies. Any applicable terms will be presented before you confirm the booking.

If you submit forms (e.g., contact or lead requests), we process personal data to respond to your request and manage bookings in accordance with the applicable law. We provide personal-data processing information and a lawful basis consistent with Закон України "Про захист персональних даних".

8. Advertising and accuracy

Any paid promotional content on the site is clearly distinguishable as advertising and must not use misleading claims in accordance with Закон України "Про рекламу".

9. Liability limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for circumstances outside our control (including force majeure, government restrictions, transport delays not caused by us, or failure of you to provide required documents).

Our liability is limited to the extent allowed by applicable Ukrainian law.

As a tour/wellness operator, we provide pre-contract information accurately and in a clear form, including key details about the program, accommodation, pricing, and applicable document requirements, consistent with Закон України "Про туризм".
